Lamparas De Sal Luz Del Himalaya

About the product
Salt lamps by Khewra Salt

The lamps offered by Khewra Salt are made from salt crystal excavated at the feet of the Himalayas in the town of Khewra, province Punjab, Pakistan.
They are handcrafted with utmost care to the very last detail and to capture the natural beauty of salt crystal. The craftsman first selects a chunk of right size. Next, he manually shapes it and drills the hole for the light bulb. The ready salt lamp is mounted on a base made of rosewood and packed in foil and a cardboard box, which guarantees its safe journey to the farthest corners of the world.
There are not two identical lamps. Each lamp is unique - some are more orangey and “burn” like burning coal, other are pink, resembling pink quartz, and then some contain halite inclusions (absolutely transparent crystals), which when lit up glitter like a diamond.
Besides natural chunks weighing from 1 to 100 kg, we have lamps of geometrical shapes, like balls, pyramids, eggs or cubes, as well as carved lamps inspired by nature, such as roses, water drops, leaves or shells and the collection for children (turtles, frogs, elephants, cats etc.).
Put the salt crystal pearl in your bathroom and enjoy pure seaside air. Put one cube or pyramid near your computer and your work will be more effective and comfortable. Put a turtle or frog to your kids’ room and it will become its friend in darkness and let it go to sleep with ease. Place a few natural lamps in various shapes or make compositions from chunks in wicker, metal or glass in your living room and create spectacular, dreamlike atmosphere – switch on all lamps at once or just one or two, as suits your moods. A fire bowl will look splendid in your kitchen. You simply have to place one salt lamp in your bedroom – you will sleep healthy and effectively.
