Comentarios de GILETTI TRAVEL - Buenos Aires

My family and I booked a city tour with Giletti Travel, hoping to learn more about the historical side of Buenos Aires City. When we sat down on the bus our tour guide asked us to pay. So we gave her 300 pecos each [1,200 pecos total], which is about 30 dollars each or 120 dollars total. She told us that we needed to pay 400 pecos each and that our flyer that said 300 pecos was old. I call BULL to that because the flyer also said "Printed by Giletti Travel, 2014". I told my mother and aunts to walk away not to give the extra 40 DOLLARS because our tour guide turned around and told everyone else 300 pecos each. Thanks for taking advantage of american tourists, no really THANKS A LOT! And that's not the end of it, at our last stop in La Boca, the tour guide said "Ok, in 30 minutes we will meet back at the bus". So my family and I got off the bus to look around. 20 minutes later we started to walk back to the bus to find that the bus had left!!! Yeah, not even kidding! Our bus [full of everyone but us] was now driving down a side street behind us, it is a good thing i saw the tail end of the bus, because we had to run to catch up with it. I'm sure that you could make a case about how they probably forgot about us, and did really mean to. But I will tell you that our bus was SMALL, like 6 rows of 2 on each side: small [24 seats]. But of course 2 stops back they had to go out to find 2 other girls who were 10 minutes LATE. I ended up over hearing them and the tour guide talking, and guess what; they are from Buenos Aires Provence. And did I mention? We are from the USA.
